元宇宙视角下的社区智慧养老体系实证研究——以河南省X市为例

摘　　要：在国家促进智慧养老相关政策的指导下,河南省X市政府采用公办民营的形式,以社区为单位,紧密围绕养老需求,运用5G、云计算、大数据等技术,将智慧养老“积分”系统、“老乐宝”可视化系统、“红旗e岗通”社区服务系统进行“三网”融合,实现养老服务、城市治理有效融合,数据融通、积分通兑,功能互通、多主体参与、资源共享的元宇宙智慧养老模式,实现社区居家养老智慧化、个性化、安全化。通过深入走访、实地调研,分析X市智慧养老的运行模式、发展现状及存在的问题等,探究元宇宙视角下增强智慧养老效果的切实举措与建议,以期形成高质量发展的智慧养老模式和路径。Under the guidance of national policies to promote smart elderly care,the government of X City in Henan Province adopts form of private management yet government found,with communities as units,closely focusing on elderly care needs,with technologies such as 5G,cloud computing,and big data to integrate the smart elderly care"score"system,"Lao Lebao"visualization system,and"Hongqi e-Gangtong"community service system into the"three networks",achieving effective integration of elderly care services and urban governance,data integration,and score exchange,a metaverse intelligent elderly care model with interconnected functions,multi-subject participation,and resource sharing,achieving smart,personalized,and secure community-based home-based elderly care.Through in-depth visits and field research,analyze the operation mode,development status,and existing problems of smart elderly care in X city,explore practical measures and suggestions to enhance the effectiveness of smart elderly care from the perspective of the metaverse,so as to form a high-quality development model and path for smart elderly care.
