摘  要:针对当前高速公路网络规划需求预测失准、布局不均衡及对社会效益和风险考虑不足等问题,提出一种基于多元投资模式的高速公路网络规划布局优化方法。采用经典双层模型,构建基于多元投资模式的混合型高速公路网络规划布局优化模型。其中,综合经济效益、社会效益和投资风险构建上层模型目标,考虑路网需求预测和拓扑演化构建下层模型。以H省高速公路网络为例进行分析,研究结果表明该优化模型对高速公路网络规划布局工作具有借鉴意义。A multi investment model based optimization method for highway network planning layout is proposed to address issues such as inaccurate demand prediction,uneven layout,and insufficient consideration of social benefits and risks in current highway network planning.Using the classic two-layer model,construct a hybrid expressway network planning and layout optimization model based on diversified investment models.Among them,the upper level model objective is constructed by integrating economic benefits,social benefits,and investment risks,while the lower level model is constructed by considering road network demand prediction and topology evolution.Taking the highway network in H province as an example for analysis,the research results indicate that it has certain reference significance for the planning and layout of the highway network.
