摘  要:螺旋输送机可以长距离地输送粉粒状物料,当输送距离超过3 m时,中间需设置吊轴承,防止螺旋轴的过度挠曲。针对现有吊轴承存在的磨损快、结构复杂、轴向尺寸大、润滑密封困难和轴承使用寿命短等问题,文章运用TRIZ理论中的功能分析方法,对螺旋输送机吊轴承的结构进行功能分析和裁剪改进,提出新型吊轴承的设计方案,裁剪掉原有支撑元件滚动轴承或滑动轴承,代之以尼龙滚轮或圆柱螺旋弹簧,从而达到延长吊轴承的使用寿命、不污染物料、便于更换以及节约维修费用的目的。The screw conveyor can transport powder and granular materials for a long distance.When the conveying distance exceeds 3 m,a hanging bearing should be set in the middle to prevent excessive deflection of the screw shaft.In view of the problems of the existing hanging bearings,such as fast worn,complex structure,large axial size,difficult lubrication seal and short service life,this paper applies the functional analysis method of TRIZ theory to improve the structure of the screw conveyor hanging bearings,proposes a new design scheme,and cuts out the original supporting element rolling bearings or plain bearings.Instead,nylon roller or cylindrical coil spring is used so as to extend the life expectancy of the hanging bearing,avoid the pollution of the material,make the replacement conveniently and save the maintenance costs.
