摘　　要：枣是药食同源果品,其活性成分和功效越来越受到关注。从枣多糖对免疫器官、免疫细胞、肠道菌群的作用方面综述了枣多糖的研究进展,为枣多糖的研究和应用提供理论参考。Jujube is a traditional fruit with the same origin as medicine and food in China,and its active ingredients and efficacy have attracted more and more attention.The research progress of jujube polysaccharide was reviewed in terms of its effects on immune organs,immune cells and intestinal flora,in order to provide theoretical reference for the research and application of jujube polysaccharide.
