摘　　要：目的研究探讨思维导图引导下的康复护理对肾病综合征(NS)患者激素治疗依从性及心理韧性的影响。方法选择2021年1月至2023年1月收治的NS患者70例,随机分为2组,每组35例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采取思维导图引导下的康复护理,观察比较护理前后2组心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、自我感受负担量表(SPBS)及自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分;并比较护理后2组的激素治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组激素治疗依从性(97.14%)显著高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05);2组CD-RISC各维度评分与总分、ESCA各维度评分皆有明显提高,SAS、SDS评分、SPBS各维度评分皆有明显下降,组内、组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度(97.14%)显著高于对照组(82.86%)(P<0.05)。结论NS患者实施思维导图引导下的康复护理,可有助减轻负性情绪及心理负担感,提升患者的心理韧性、自我护理能力及激素治疗的依从性,护理满意度提高,值得合理推广。Objective To investigate the impact of mind mapping-guided rehabilitation care on compliance of hormonal therapy and psychological resilience in patients with nephrotic syndrome(NS).Methods A total of 70 NS patients admitted between January 2021 and January 2023 were randomly assigned to the control group(n=35,routine care)oRthe observation group(n=35,mind mapping-guided rehabilitation care+routine care).The scores of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),self rating depression scale(SDS),self rating anxiety scale(SAS),Self Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)and Exercise of Self-care Agency(ESCA)Scale,as well as the compliance of hormone therapy and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and afteRnursing intervention.Results AfteRintervention,the compliance of hormone therapy in the observation group was significantly higheRthan that in the control group(97.14%vs 77.14%,P<0.05).There was a significant improvement in the dimension and total scores of CD-RISC ESCA in both groups,while the dimension scores of SAS,SDS,and SPBS decreased significantly.There was statistical significance in both intra-group and inter-group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction was significantly higheRin the observation group than in the control group(97.14%vs 82.86%,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of mind mapping-guided rehabilitation care in NS patients can help alleviate negative emotions and psychological burden,enhance patients’psychological resilience,self-care ability,and compliance of hormone therapy,and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worth promoting reasonably.
