摘　　要：目的:构建预防维持性血液透析导管相关性血流感染(catheter-related blood stream infection,CRBSI)方案。方法:基于文献回顾、半结构式访谈、头脑风暴形成预防维持性血液透析导管相关性血流感染方案初稿,经过两轮德尔菲专家函询建立预防维持性血液透析导管相关性血流感染的最终方案。结果:两轮专家函询问卷回收率均为100%;专家权威程度分别为0.90、0.92;对一轮专家函询意见进行整理修改后,第二轮专家函询方案条目的重要性均值为4.13~5.00,方案条目的相关性均值为4.07~5.00,重要性、相关性变异系数分别在0.00~0.19、0.00~0.20之间,Kendall’s W为0.131、0.143(P<0.001)。最终形成了包含5个一级条目、15个二级条目、49个三级条目的预防维持性血液透析导管相关性血流感染方案。结论:本方案具有科学性、合理性,有助于降低终末期肾病患者相关感染的发生率,提高生命质量。Objective:To construct a preventive plan for catheter-related bloodstream infections in maintenance hemodialysis.Method:Based on literature review,semi-structured interviews,and brainstorming,a preliminary plan for preventing maintenance hemodialysis catheter-related bloodstream infections was developed.After two rounds of Delphi expert consultations,the final plan for preventing maintenance hemodialysis catheter-related bloodstream infections was established.Result:The response rates for both rounds of expert inquiry questionnaires were 100%;The authority levels of experts are 0.90 and 0.92,respectively;After organizing and modifying the opinions of the first round of expert inquiry,the average importance of the second round of expert inquiry plan items was 4.13~5.00,and the average correlation of the plan items was 4.07~5.00.The coefficients of variation for importance and correlation were between 0.00~0.19 and 0.00~0.20,respectively.Kendall's W was 0.131 and 0.143(P<0.001).The final plan for preventing catheter-related bloodstream infections in maintenance hemodialysis consisted of 5 primary items,15 secondary items,and 49 tertiary items.Conclusion:This plan is scientific and reasonable,which helps to reduce the incidence of related infections in end-stage renal disease patients and improve their quality of life.
