摘 要:针对大庆油田非常规储层压裂采收率低、储层伤害大等问题,探索一种渗吸增能且滞留伤害低的压裂液体系成为攻关方向。自主研发了一种能够携砂造缝和渗吸洗油一体化的低相对分子质量稠化剂渗吸压裂液体系,聚合物稠化剂黏均相对分子质量为461万,具有优良的减阻、悬砂、耐温、耐剪切性能。破胶液平均粒径为189 nm,与大庆油田非常规储层孔喉尺寸匹配,最终渗吸采收率为32.73%。对比常用的胍胶压裂液体系,该体系岩心伤害率降低61.1个百分点,提高渗吸采收率7.73个百分点。大庆油田某井全程采用低相对分子质量稠化剂渗吸压裂液体系,取得了较好的压裂效果,为大规模推广应用奠定了基础,为大庆非常规储层高质量开发探索了新路径。In view of the problems of low recovery ratio and reservoir damage in the unconventional reservoirs fracture of Daqing oilfield,exploring a fracturing fluid system with seepage and energy enhancement and low retention damage has become the main direction.The seepage-absorption fracturing fluid system for low relative molecular mass thickening agent that is capable of integrating sand-carrying and slit-making with seepage and oil washing has been independently developed in the chamber.The viscous average relative molecular mass of polymer thickener is 4.61 million,with excellent resistance to drag reduction,sand suspension,temperature and shear,and average particle size of the broken glue is 189 nm,which matches with the the pore throat size of the unconventional reservoir in Daqing oilfield.The final seepage recovery ratio is 32.73%.Compared with the commonly used guanidine gel fracturing fluid system,the core damage rate is reduced by 61.1 percentage points,and the recovery ratio of the seepage-absorption is increased by 7.73 percentage points.A well in Daqing oilfield has adopted seepage-absorption fracturing fluid system for low relative molecular mass thickening agent,which achieves good fracturing results,lays the foundation for large-scale application,and explores a new path for high-quality development of unconventional reservoirs in Daqing.
