摘　　要：基于“信息化、节能降耗、安全环保”为目的,联合研制“互联网+”螺杆泵智能直驱装置系统。该系统由螺杆泵交流永磁直驱同步电动机、螺杆泵数字化变频控制柜和抽油杆柔性防反转电磁制动器等组成。智能化程度高,运行稳定,提效增产。该装置系统在胜坨油田14口螺杆泵采油井进行替换试验,2021—2023年共节电29.4862×10^(4)kWh,节能率为19.93%,节能降耗效果好。Based on the aim of“information,energy conservation and consumption reduction,safety and environmental protection”,the system of intelligent direct drive device for“Internet+”screw pump is jointly developed.The system consists of screw pump AC permanent magnet directdrive synchronous,screw pump digital frequency control cabinet,pumping rod flexible anti-reverse electromagnetic brake and so on,leading to high degree of intelligence,operating stability and quality improvement and efficiency.The device was replaced in 14 screw pump oil production wells in Shengtuo oilfield.After the application,the total power saving rate was 29.4862×10^(4)kWh from 2021 to 2023,and the energy conservation rate is 19.93%,which makes the energy conservation effect and consumption reduction effective.
