摘 要:以金陵石化烷基苯厂新建用于液蜡分离工艺的间壁塔为研究对象,利用ASPEN PLUS对生产工艺进行模拟,通过实际生产数据验证了模拟结果的精准性,并结合模拟数据探究了间壁塔的主/副塔液相分配、回流比对产品分布的影响。研究发现:液相分配比在最佳范围内才能保证分馏精度,且该最佳范围随回流比调整而不断变化,这是间壁塔调整关键之处;对比传统两塔生产模式,间壁塔在液蜡分离工艺中产品单耗可下降约28.0%~35.4%。The new inter-wall column for liquid wax separation process in Jinling Petrochemical Alkyl Benzene Plant is taken as the research object.The production process is simulated using ASPEN PLUS,and the accuracy of simulation results is verified through actual production data.Combined with the simulation data,the influence of liquid phase distribution and reflux ratio in the primary/subtower of inter-wall column on product distribution is explored.It was found that the liquid-phase distribution ratio is within the optimal range to ensure fractionation accuracy,and the optimal range changes with the adjustment of reflux ratio,which is the key to adjusting the inter-wall column.Compared with the traditional two tower production mode,the unit consumption of products in the liquid wax separation process of the inter-wall column can be reduced by about 28.0%~35.4%.
