摘 要:针对某油田加热炉热效率降低、能耗升高、数字化不完善等问题,为达到加热炉节能降耗的目的,通过现场测试加热炉热效率,确定空气系数、排烟温度为影响加热炉热效率的主要因素,采用数据回归分析方法,研究空气系数、排烟温度与热效率的定量关系。通过研究单台加热炉空气系数,排烟温度优化,对作业区大中型站场实施加热炉完整性管理工程等节能措施,加热炉热效率得到很大提高。近5年来,应用加热炉节能优化措施521台次,节气量为923×10^(4) m^(3),创经济效益约1513.72万元,实现加热炉安全、高效、节能运行。Aiming at the problems of low thermal efficiency,high energy consumption and imperfect digitization of oilfield heating furnace,in order to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and consumption reduction of heating furnace,the thermal efficiency of heating furnace is tested on site,and the air coefficient and exhaust gas temperature are determined as the main factors affecting the thermal efficiency of heating furnace.The quantitative relationship between air coefficient,exhaust gas temperature and thermal efficiency is studied by data regression analysis.By studying the air coefficient of single heating furnace and the optimization of exhaust gas temperature,energy conservation measurements such as the heating furnace integrity management project are implemented in large and medium-sized stations in the operation area,which greatly improves the thermal efficiency of heating furnace.In the past five years,the 521 sets of energy conservation optimization measures have been applied to the heating furnace,saving 923×10^(4) m^(3) of gas,creating economic benefits of about 15.1372 million yuan,and realizing the safe,high efficient and energy conservation operation of heating furnace.
