摘　　要：为进一步拓展管道完整性管理工作内容,探索完整性管理新模式,降低管道失效率,在萨南油田建设大庆油田首个无泄漏示范区工程。为切实改善该区域内腐蚀失效态势,依托无泄漏示范区建设工程,从“管理制度、组织结构、示范引领、科技赋能”四个方面实施优化运行管理模式,实现了管道零失效的新突破,保障了示范区内管道等基础设施的高质量运行,减少因油田管道失效泄漏对环境的危害以及安全隐患和经济损失,实现了绿色高效发展。In order to further explore the contents of pipeline integrity management and new management mode,and to reduce pipeline failure rates,the first no-leakage demonstration zone project of Daqing oilfield has been constructed in Sanan oilfield.In order to effectively improve the corrosion failure situation in the region,relying on the construction project of no-leakage demonstration zone and implementing an optimized operation and management model from four aspects:management system,organizational structure,demonstration guidance,and technological empowerment have achieved a new breakthrough in zero pipeline failure,ensured the high-quality operation of pipelines and other infrastructure in the demonstration zone,reduced the harm to the environment and safety hazards and economic losses caused by oilfield pipeline failure and leakage,and achieved green and efficient development.
