黄元御运用浮萍治疗疫病理论及应用探微

摘　　要：清代医家黄元御,学识渊博,医术精湛,尤其擅长运用六经辨证诊治疫病。他在《玉楸药解》和《四圣悬枢》中详细阐述了浮萍的性味、功效及其在六经疫病中的应用,强调其在治疗疫病中的重要作用。在治疗疫病时,根据六经证候特点,黄元御以浮萍为君药,常与芍药、葛根、石膏、地黄等药物配伍。同时,根据病情轻重和个体差异,对药物剂量进行精细调整,以达到最佳治疗效果。黄元御运用浮萍治疗疫病的经验在当时医界具有较大影响,对后世的疫病防治产生了积极影响。在当今疫情频发的背景下,深入研究黄元御的疫病防治思想和方法,对于提高中医药防治疫病的疗效具有重要意义。Huang Yuanyu,a medical practitioner of the Qing Dynasty,was knowledgeable and with remarkable medical skills.He was particularly skilled in using the syndrome differentiation of six channels theory to treat epidemic diseases.He elaborated in detail on the nature and flavor,and efficacy of common ducksmeat herb,as well as its application in the treatment of six-meridian diseases in his works"Yu Qiu Yao Jie"and"Si Sheng Xuan Shu",emphasizing its important role in the treatment of epidemic diseases.When treating epidemic diseases,according to the characteristics of the six meridians syndrome,Huang Yuanyu used common ducksmeat herb as sovereign drug,and often combined it with drugs such as Chinese peony,kudzuvine root,gypsum and Rehmannia glutinosa.At the same time,he finely adjusted the drug dosage based on the severity of the condition and individual differences,in order to achieve the best treatment effect.Huang Yuanyu's experience in using common ducksmeat herb to treat epidemic diseases had a significant impact on the medical community at that time and had a positive impact on the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases in later generations.In the context of frequent outbreaks of the epidemic diseases today,intensive study on Huang Yuanyu's disease prevention and treatment ideas and methods is of great significance for improving the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating epidemic diseases.
