摘　　要：通过古籍文献调研、中药现代研究进展及其研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内专家学者的认识及应用经验,经讨论认为:白鲜皮的功效主要为清热燥湿,祛风解毒。症靶为瘙痒。现代药理发现,白鲜皮及其有效成分具有抗过敏、抗真菌、抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、止血、神经保护等作用。本品内服有肝损伤可能,注意合理用药。临床煎服剂量多为5~30 g,外用剂量为15~100 g,勿大剂量久服。Through the investigation of ancient books and the sorting of the modern research achievements of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of well-known experts and scholars in desciplinary fields such as traditional Chinese medicine clinical medicine and science of Chinese materia medica,it is concluded that densefruit pittany root-bark mainly has the effects of clearing heat and removing dampness,and dispelling wind-evil and removing toxicity.The symptom target is itching.Modern pharmacological studies have found that densefruit pittany root-bark and its active ingredients have anti-allergic,anti-fungal,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-tumor,hemostatic,neuroprotective effects.When taken orally,densefruit pittany root-bark may damage the liver,so it should be used reasonably.The clinical decoction dosage is usually 5-30 g,and external dosage is 15-100 g.It should not be taken in large doses for a long time.
