摘　　要：五苓散出自《伤寒杂病论》,是一首临床常用经方,通过整理周军怀教授对五苓散条文、主治证候的解析,以及记录了临证经验等,以点窥面,五苓散的核心病机是膀胱气化不利,水气内停。病机关键是水邪内蓄,滞留三焦。核心症状为小便不利、口渴。周军怀教授通过长期的临床实践,灵活运用本方加减治疗内科杂病,均取得了满意的疗效。Wulingsan is a commonly used classical prescription derived from"Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases".This article summarizes Professor Zhou Junhuai's analysis of the articles,indications,and symptoms of Wulingsan,as well as records of clinical experience.Through observation,the core pathogenesis of Wulingsan is disturbance in functioning of bladder,and water-gas retention.The key to the pathogenesis is the internal accumulation of water evil,which stays in the lower jiao.The core symptoms are dysuria and thirst.Professor Zhou Junhuai has achieved satisfactory therapeutic effects through longterm clinical practice and flexible use of the modified formula for the treatment of internal medicine miscellaneous diseases.
