摘　　要：目的探讨坤宁健骨方治疗妇科恶性肿瘤术后骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法选择妇科恶性肿瘤术后随访患者60例,随机分为研究组与对照组,各30例。对照组给予钙尔奇D治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予坤宁健骨方治疗。观察2组治疗前后腰膝酸痛、五心烦热、双目干涩、善太息、屈伸不利、骨骼肌肉疼痛不适、头晕耳鸣、口干咽燥、失眠多梦等中医证候积分,腰背疼痛、腰膝酸软、下肢抽搐、步履艰难、持重困难等临床症状消失时间,疼痛程度,血磷(Ca)、磷(P)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)等钙磷代谢指标,比较2组临床疗效结果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组腰膝酸痛、五心烦热、双目干涩、善太息、屈伸不利、骨骼肌肉疼痛不适、头晕耳鸣、口干咽燥、失眠多梦评分,腰背疼痛、腰膝酸软、下肢抽搐、步履艰难、持重困难消失时间,股骨颈、腰椎L1~L4骨密度水平,疼痛程度,Ca、P、ALP水平,疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05),2组治疗期间未出现不良反应。结论坤宁健骨方治疗妇科恶性肿瘤术后骨质疏松症疗效确切,安全性高,可在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Kunning Jiigu formula in the treatment of postoperative osteoporosis of gynecological malignant tumors.Methods A total of 60 patients with gynecological malignant tumor who underwent postoperative folow-up were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with calcilic D,and the study group was treated with Kunning Jiangu prescription on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores(waist and knee pain,dysphoria with feverish sensation in chest,dry eyes,preference for sighing,poor flexion and extension,skeletal muscle pain and discomfort,dizziness and tinnitus,dry mouth and pharyngeal xeransis,insomnia and dreaminess),the disappearance time of clinical symptoms(lower back pain,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,spasticity on lower limbs,trudge,difficulty holding heavy objects),pain degree,and levels of calcium and phosphorus metabolism indexes[blood calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)]were observed of two groups before and after treatment.Clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of soreness and pain of waist and knees,dysphoria with feverish sensation in chest,dry eyes,preference for sighing,poor flexion and extension,skeletal muscle pain and discomfort,dizziness and tinnitus,dry mouth and pharyngeal xeransis,insomnia and dreaminess,and the disappearance time of lower back pain,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,spasticity on lower limbs,trudge and difficulty holding heavy objects,and bone density level of femoral neck and lumbar spine L1-L4,and pain degree,and the levels of Ca,P and ALP in the study group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in two groups during treatment.Conclusion Kunning Jiangu formula is effective and safe in the treatment of postoperative osteoporosis of gynecologic
