摘 要:采用包覆改性法对聚丙烯纤维进行改性处理,研究了改性纤维对水泥砂浆力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:改性聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.6%时,试样强度达到峰值,其3d、28d抗折强度和抗压强度分别为4.34MPa、7.62MPa和22.14MPa、43.25MPa,较未掺纤维试样B1分别提高了9.05%、8.24%和15.61%、10.19%。采用SEM对聚丙烯纤维表面微观形貌及试样断口形貌进行观察,探讨了改性聚丙烯纤维对水泥砂浆试样的增强机制。The polypropylene fiber is modified by the coating modification method,and the effect of the modified fiber on the mechanical properties of cement mortar is studied.The test results show that when the content of modified polypropylene fiber is 0.6%,the strength of the sample reaches its peak,and its 3d and 28d flexural strength and compressive strength are 4.34MPa,7.62MPa,22.14MPa and 43.25MPa,respectively,which are 9.05%,8.24%,15.61%and 10.19%higher than that of the unmixed fiber sample B1.SEM is used to observe the microscopic morphology of the polypropylene fiber surface and the fracture morphology of the sample,and the reinforcement mechanism of the modified polypropylene fiber on the cement mortar sample is discussed.
