摘　　要：蒸压加气混凝土在生产过程中的料浆、废浆和配料浇注料浆的物料及水料比严格按工艺要求控制,在浆料制备过程中必须实时掌握浆料相关技术参数,根据实际情况进行实时调整。料浆浓度测量仪能够实时检测料浆密度,料浆密度与水料比之间呈线性正比关系,通过转换可以实现对料浆水料比的实时检测;在料浆制备过程中可以通过实时检测制备料浆的水料比,根据工艺要求实时进行反馈调整,保证制备的料浆符合工艺要求;在废浆制备过程中可以通过实时检测废浆的水料比,当废浆的水料比达到工艺要求时,进行储存使用;在配料浇注过程中可以对实际参加配料浇注的料浆和废浆进行检测,根据检测结果运算生成实时精准的工艺配比进行精准配料浇注;料浆浓度测量仪在应用过程中对料浆实时在线检测,检测结果及时反馈并调整生产工艺,形成完整的料浆实时闭环管理系统,保证料浆生产过程的精准化、智能化、柔性化,推动蒸压加气混凝土自动化、智能化、柔性化生产,提高产品质量,降低生产成本。During the production process of autoclaved aerated concrete,the material and water to material ratio of the slurry,waste slurry,and pouring slurry must be strictly controlled according to the process requirements.In the preparation process of the slurry,it is necessary to grasp the relevant technical parameters of the slurry in real time and make real-time adjustments according to the actual situation.The slurry concentration measuring instrument is a device that can detect the slurry density in real-time.The slurry density is linearly proportional to the water to material ratio,and real-time detection of the slurry water to material ratio can be achieved through conversion;During the slurry preparation process,the water to material ratio of the prepared slurry can be detected in real-time,and feedback adjustments can be made in real-time according to process requirements to ensure that the prepared slurry meets process requirements;During the preparation process of waste slurry,the water to material ratio of the waste slurry can be detected in real-time.When the water to material ratio of the waste slurry meets the process requirements,it can be stored and used;During the ingredient pouring process,the actual slurry and waste slurry participating in ingredient pouring can be detected,and realtime and accurate process ratios can be generated based on the detection results for precise ingredient pouring.The slurry concentration measuring instrument conducts real-time online detection of the slurry during the application process,and provides timely feedback on the detection results for production process adjustment,forming a complete slurry real-time closed-loop management system to ensure the precision,intelligence,and flexibility of the slurry production process.It promotes the automation,intelligence,and flexibility production of autoclaved aerated concrete,improves product quality,and reduces production costs.
