摘 要:针对煤矿开采过程中的煤尘问题,研究了泡沫除尘技术中表面活性剂的开发、参数的优化和装置的设计。探讨了颗粒尺寸对捕集效率的影响,分析了表面活性剂的组成和性能的关系;对比了不同发泡装置的优缺点,同心管式泡沫发生器除尘效率高、系统稳定性和可靠性好。研究表明,泡沫除尘器的除尘效率大多在80%~90%,对全尘的脱除效率高于呼尘,在泡沫除尘剂的复配和发生器结构改造还有发展的空间。To solve the problem of coal dust in coal mining,the development of surfactant,the optimization of parameters and the design of equipment in foam dedusting technology were studied.The influence of particle size on capture efficiency is discussed.The relationship between the composition and performance of surfactants was analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of different foaming devices are compared.The concentric tube foam generator has high dust removal efficiency,good system stability and reliability.Studies show the dust removal efficiency of foam dust remover is mostly 80%~90%,and the removal efficiency of total dust is higher than that of inhalable dust.There is still space for the development of surfactants and the structural design of foaming device.
