摘  要:为提高煤体润湿性与注水渗透效果,以自行制备的天然高分子增透剂为基础,从增透剂的反应过程、分子结构微晶结构及其与煤的表面形貌作用效果和润湿作用机理出发,研究了天然高分子增透剂对煤的增渗作用机理,同时利用分子动力学模拟研究了增透剂与煤粉之间的微观作用机理。研究结果表明,添加高分子增透剂后,水对于煤的润湿能力大幅度提升,在相同时间内添加高分子增透剂的试验组呈现出最佳的渗透效果;分子动力学模拟得到增透剂—煤体系的相互作用强度为-232.19 eV,而水—煤体系的相互作用强度为-34.60 eV,表明添加增透剂的溶液体系中水分子更容易附着在煤分子表面上,分子间相互作用力增强,会使附着在煤表面的分子结构更加稳定,更有利于煤表面的润湿。研究结果为煤层注水增透剂的研发和应用提供了参考依据,有助于进一步提高煤层注水抑尘效果。In order to improve the wettability of coal body and water injection permeability effect,on the basis of natural polymer permeability enhancer prepared by ourselves,starting from the reaction process,molecular structure,microcrystalline structure,as well as the effect on coal surface morphology and wetting mechanism of natural polymer permeability enhancers,the mechanism of enhancing coal permeability was studied.At the same time,molecular dynamics simulation was used to study the microscopic mechanism of interaction between permeability enhancers and coal powder.The results showed that the wettingability of water to coal was greatly improved after the addition of polymer permeability enhancers,and the experimental group with the addition of polymer permeability enhancer at the same time showed the best permeability effect.Molecular dynamics simulation obtained that the interaction strength between the permeability enhancer and coal system was-232.19 eV,while the interaction strength between water and coal system was-34.60 eV,indicating that water molecules in the solution system with the addition of permeability enhancer are more likely to adhere to the surface of coal molecules,and the intermolecular interaction force is enhanced,which will make the molecular structure attached to the coal surface more stable and more conducive to the wetting of the coal surface.The research results provide a reference basis for the development and application of coal seam water injection permeability enhancers,which helps to further improve the dust suppression effect of coal seam water injection.
