摘  要:随着近年来计算机、数字通信和数字控制技术的日趋发展及完善,现在已经形成了许多应用于嵌入式控制器设计的总线型仪器仪表,为了实现智能仪器仪表控制系统高效、快速、响应时间更短的目的,对气体超声波流量计的数据云存储的智能设计模块优化进行了研究。提出了本地存储+云存储场景模型高效数据存储的工艺方法设计,通过实现计算资源与存储资源的有效解耦,实现了计算资源与各种存储资源的有效结合,采用ARM体系结构、HART协议、实验室虚拟仪器工程平台LabVIEW编程系统对智能仪表控制系统进行设计。采用标准风洞实验室对2种不同场景的实验检测结果表明,云存储控制系统比传统的控制系统对所在环境响应时间更短,同时相比于传统的控制系统更有效节省了对工业智能仪器仪表的响应时间,说明此次采用云存储设计思想是高效的,取得了良好的效果,对解决智能仪器仪表控制系统高效、快速具有重要意义。With the development and improvement of computer,digital communication and digital control technology in recent years,many bus type instruments have been formed for embedded controller design.In order to achieve the purpose of intelligent instrument control system efficient,fast and shorter response time,the optimization of intelligent design module for data cloud storage of gas ultrasonic flowmeter was studied.The process method design of efficient data storage of local storage+cloud storage scenario model was proposed,and the effective combination of computing resources and various storage resources was realized by realizing the effective decoupling of computing resources and storage resources.The intelligent instrument control system was designed by ARM architecture,HART protocol and LabVIEW programming system of laboratory virtual instrument engineering platform.The experimental results of using the standard wind tunnel laboratory to test two different scenarios confirmed that the cloud storage control system had a shorter response time to the environment than the traditional control system,and at the same time,it was more effective in saving response time to industrial intelligent instruments and meters compared to traditional control systems.The conclusion shows that the cloud storage design concept is efficient and has achieved good results,which is of great significance to solve the high efficiency and speed of intelligent instrument control system.
