摘 要:针对煤矿井下复杂顶板瓦斯抽采大直径高位定向钻孔存在的穿层孔段轨迹偏斜、孔壁坍塌、施工效率低等问题,提出基于复合强排渣钻进技术与跟管下放套管技术的大直径套管护孔技术,分析了复合强排渣钻进技术原理,设计并试制了套管下放钻具串。在山西晋城矿区王坡煤矿进行了现场试验,完成了3个复杂顶板高位定向钻孔穿层孔段大直径套管护孔施工,套管下放深度35 m,套管直径为244.5 mm,综合施工效率提高30%以上。结果表明,大直径套管护孔技术能够成功突破复杂破碎地层,确保护孔套管顺利下放,对穿层孔段孔壁形成可靠支护,为顶板高位定向钻孔的顺利实施提供了技术保障。A large-diameter casing hole protection technology based on composite strong slag discharge drilling technology and following pipe casing technology was proposed to address the problems of deviated trajectory,collapse of borehole walls,and low construction efficiency in large-diameter high-level directional drilling for complex roof gas extraction in coal mines.The principle of composite strong slag discharge drilling technology was analyzed,and a drilling tool string for casing was designed and tested.An on-site test was conducted in Wangpo Coal Mine in Jincheng mining area,Shanxi Province.Three complex roof high-level directional drilling and layer-crossing hole sections were constructed with large-diameter casing hole protection,with a casing depth of 35 m and a casing diameter of 244.5 mm.The comprehensive construction efficiency was improved by more than 30%.The results show that the large-diameter casing hole protection technology can successfully break through complex and fractured formations,ensure the smooth lowering of the casing hole protection,form reliable supporting for the hole wall of the layer-crossing hole section,and provide technical support for the smooth implementation of high-level directional drilling on the roof.
