摘 要:传统开采过程中的许多安全技术措施不能智能判断和自主执行,已成为了制约煤矿智能开采进程的主要问题。采场矿压数据作为煤矿开采的基础资料,为保障工作面安全生产提供了重要参考。通过对开采应力场环境分析,采用能够宏观反映采场矿压特征的液压支架工作阻力和支架姿态关键参数指标,并制定了相关开采安全技术措施,建立了依据采场关键矿压参数指标进行智能判断、自动决策并执行相应安全技术措施的智能决策优化模型,给出了一种提高复杂地质条件和动态采动应力场环境的适应性、实现全智能开采的技术途径。Many safety technical measures in the traditional mining process cannot be judged intelligently and executed independently,which has become the main problem restricting the intelligent mining process of coal mines.Mining pressure data as the basic data for coal mining,provides an important reference for ensuring the safe production of working face.Based on the analysis of mining stress field environment,this paper adopted the key parameters of hydraulic support working resistance and support attitude that can reflect the characteristics of mine pressure in stope macroscopically,and formulates relevant mining safety technical measures.An intelligent decision-making optimization model for intelligent judgment,automatic decision-making and implementation of corresponding safety technical measures based on the key parameters of stope mine pressure parameters was established,and a technical way to improve the adaptability of complex geological conditions and dynamic mining stress field environment and realize fully intelligent mining was given.
