摘　　要：在新时代,“两路”精神为交通强国建设指明了前进方向。新能源共享汽车作为实现绿色出行和缓解城市交通压力的有效工具,实现其高质量发展具有重要意义。以“两路”精神为引领,建立管理部门与新能源共享汽车运营商之间的演化博弈模型,深入探讨新能源共享汽车行业的高质量发展路径。“两路”精神中攻坚克难的决胜意志、拼搏精神与科学精神,对新能源共享汽车行业高质量发展在初期、成长期与成熟期发展中都具有重要的启示与指导作用。践行“两路”精神,为构建便捷、绿色、高效的现代城市交通体系,实现交通强国建设的宏伟目标提供了源源不断的动力支撑。In the new era,the“two roads”spirit has pointed out the way forward for the construction of a strong transport country.As an important tool to realise green mobility and alleviate urban traffic pressure,it is of great significance to achieve high-quality development of new energy shared vehicles.Guided by the“two roads”spirit,we establish an evolutionary game model between the government and new energy car sharing operators to explore the path of high-quality development of the car sharing industry.The“two roads”spirit,the idea of overcoming obstacles and difficulties,the spirit of hard work and the spirit of science are of great significance to the initial,growth and maturity stages of the high-quality development of the carsharing industry.Practicing the“two roads”spirit provides a constant impetus for building a convenient,green and efficient modern urban transport system,and even for realising the ambitious goal of a strong transport nation.
