摘 要:青藏公路的修建受命于中华人民共和国成立初期中国共产党解放西藏、维护国家完整统一、支援边疆建设的关键时刻。然而,公路建设初期并非按照既定路线一以贯之修建到底,而是与解放军进军昌都解放西藏、中共中央西北局护送班禅返藏、国家支援西藏建设发展三项重大任务紧密关联,在历经抢修西宁至黄河沿段公路,勘察西宁经玉树至拉萨段公路,修建格尔木至拉萨段、敦煌至拉萨段公路三次筑路勘测之后,最终改初始西宁经玉树至拉萨路线为西宁向西经格尔木再南折进藏至拉萨路线,修筑并贯通青藏公路。The construction of the Qinghai-Xizang highway was ordered by the Communist Party of China in the early days of the founding of New China to liberate Xizang,safeguard the integrity and unity of the country,and support the construction of border areas.However,the initial construction of the highway was not completed in accordance with the established route,but because it was closely related to the three major tasks of the People s Liberation Army s march into Qamdo to liberate Xizang,the Northwest Bureau s escort of the Panchen Lama back to Xizang,and the state s support for the construction and development of Xizang,after rushing to repair the road along the Yellow River from Xining to Lhasa,and surveying the road from Xining to Yushu.After constructing the Golmud to Lhasa section and the Dunhuang to Lhasa section for three road construction surveys,we finally give up the initial Xining to Lhasa route through Yushu,and changed the Xining to the west through Golmud and then south to Xizang to Lhasa route to build and run through the Qinghai-Xizang highway.
