摘　　要：目的报告一例纵隔支气管囊肿手术后并发医源性食管憩室的临床表现、诊断和治疗过程。方法纵隔支气管囊肿并术后发生医源性食管憩室,通过详细的临床检查、影像学评估以及内镜检查,进行手术治疗。结果经过外科手术治疗,症状明显改善,且无并发症发生。结论本次病例的成功治疗提示了手术方式改变在这类并发症中的有效性,为以后类似病例的治疗提供了参考。Objective A case report describes the clinical manifestation,diagnosis,and treatment process of a patient with iatrogenic esophageal diverticulum after surgery for mediastinal bronchial cyst.Methods The patient with mediastinal bronchial cyst and postoperative iatrogenic esophageal diverticulum received detailed clinical examination,imaging evaluation,and endoscopic examination for surgical treatment.Results After surgical treatment,the symptoms improved significantly and no complications occurred.Conclusion The successful treatment of this case suggests the effectiveness of surgical treatment in such complications,providing a reference for the treatment of similar cases in the future.
