摘　　要：体育作为一种社会文化形态,已经深度嵌入人们的生活,成为人际交往、自我实现、经济生产乃至国家政治的重要领域。体育是文化建构的产物,在我国独特的政治经济文化发展历程的影响之下,国人赋予了体育诸多的宏大意义,并产生了较为突出的功利化诉求,以致体育越来越偏离其本来涵义,体育与人的关系不断疏离。基于扭转人们认知误区的考量,应当重新回归体育本身,明确人的身心两健才是体育的根本目标,具体来说:确立人本体育观,认识到具体个人的客观需求是体育事业发展的根本动力;明确体育目标的身心“二元一体”结构,认识到体育之于个体的价值并不仅仅只是强身健体;促进体育生活化转型,让体育回归生活,并形成社会共识。As a social and cultural form,sports have been deeply involved in human life and become an important field of interpersonal communication,personal realization,economic production and even national politics.Sports,as the product of cultural construction,is attached much significance to it and have produced more prominent utilitarian demands under the influence of China’s unique political,economic and cultural development process.As a result,sports are increasingly deviated from its original intention,and the relationship between sports and people is gradually alienated.Based on the consideration of reversing people’s cognitive misunderstanding,we should return to sports itself,and make it clear that physical and mental health is the fundamental goal of sports.To be specific,we should establish a humanistic view of sports and recognize that the objective needs of specific individuals are the fundamental driving force for the development of sports;sports goals integrate physical and mental health,and the value of sports for individuals is more than building body,we should promote the transformation of sports into life,let sports return to life,and form a social consensus.
