专利合作网络嵌入对企业持续性创新的影响研究——以中国上市医药制造企业为例

摘　　要：在开放式创新和持续性发展的大背景下,我国企业亟须利用合作关系实现持续性创新。基于社会网络理论和协同创新理论,对中国上市医药制造企业的专利申请数据进行实证研究,探索专利合作网络嵌入对企业持续性创新的影响。结果表明:结构嵌入与企业持续性创新之间呈倒U型关系;关系嵌入负向影响企业持续性创新;关系嵌入作为调节变量,负向调节结构嵌入与企业持续性创新之间的关系;网络密度能够强化结构嵌入与企业持续性创新之间的倒U型关系,但网络密度对关系嵌入与企业持续性创新的调节作用并不显著。根据研究结论,企业可以根据自身在创新合作活动中所处的位置和环境适时调整创新战略,从而促进企业持续性创新。In the context of open innovation and sustainable development,Chinese enterprises urgently need to use cooperative relationships to help achieve the sustainability of innovation.Therefore,based on the theory of social network and collaborative innovation,the patent application data of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises listed in China are empirically studied to explore the impact of patent cooperation network embedding on the continuous innovation of enterprises.The results show that there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between structural embedding and enterprise continuous innovation,and relationship embeddedness negatively affects enterprise sustainable innovation.At the same time,relational embedding can also be used as a moderating variable,which indirectly negatively moderates the relationship between structural embedding and enterprise sustainable innovation.Network density can strengthen the inverted U-shaped relationship between structural embedding and enterprise continuous innovation,but network density has no significant moderating effect on relational embedding and enterprise continuous innovation.In view of this conclusion,enterprises can adjust their innovation strategies in a timely manner according to their position and environment in innovation cooperation activities,so as to promote the sustainable innovation of enterprises.
