夏热冬冷地区低碳城镇社区规划实施路径研究——以宁波划船社区为例

摘　　要：文章立足于夏热冬冷地区的低碳社区建设,从降低社区能源消耗、打造低碳能源系统、促进资源循环利用、增加碳汇抵消等多个方面提出了低碳城镇社区的规划实施路径,并以宁波划船社区的规划实施方案为例,展示了在社区低碳规划实施路径方面所做出的行动和探索,以期为夏热冬冷地区低碳事业的发展提供借鉴。The article is based on the construction of low-carbon communities in hot summer and cold winter areas.It proposes the planning and implementation path of low-carbon urban communities from multiple aspects such as reducing community energy consumption,creating lowcarbon energy systems,promoting resource recycling,and increasing carbon sink offset.Taking the planning and implementation plan of Ningbo Boat Community as an example,it demonstrates the actions and explorations in the implementation path of low-carbon community planning,to provide reference for the development of low-carbon industries in hot summer and cold winter areas.
