社区商业街道视觉疗愈性及其影响因素研究——以上海市杨浦区三条街道为例

摘　　要：随着当代城市生活节奏不断加快,人们的生活压力也不断增大,疗愈环境成为当今城市更新的重要话题。社区商业街道作为与居民日常生活紧密相关的空间载体,其疗愈性的研究与设计能最大程度惠及周边居民。文章以既有健康街道、疗愈性街道评价体系为依据,梳理社区商业街道视觉疗愈性的潜在影响要素,并以杨浦区的三条社区商业街道为样本进行研究,得到对于社区商业街道疗愈性有显著影响的因子。研究结果证实,在皮尔森相关性分析与多元线性回归中,绿视率、人行道宽度对街道疗愈性呈显著正相关性;车视率、商业界面视率呈显著负相关性。基于此研究结论,文章提出了相应的街道疗愈性设计指引。As the pace of contemporary urban life continues to accelerate,people's life pressure is also increasing.Healing environment has become an important topic in urban renewal.Community commercial street is an important spatial carrier closely related to residents'daily lives,and the healing design on this kind of street can serve more residents.Based on the existing evaluation systems of healing street,this article sorts out a list of the visual healing factors of community commercial street and evaluates three streets in Yangpu District.The result confirmed that in Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression,the green sight rate and sidewalk width had a positive correlation with street healing,while the car sight rate and commercial interface sight rate showed a negative correlation.Based on the conclusion,the paper proposes several guidelines for healing street design.
