交叉网格筒中筒结构体系在超高层建筑中的施工技术研究

摘　　要：某超高层建筑的钢结构采用交叉网格筒中筒结构体系,核心筒与外钢框架之间有连梁与环梁,外钢框架钢柱双向交叉倾斜,无竖向柱子支撑。施工过程中通过优化施工流程、主要施工步骤、质量控制措施,严格控制核心筒钢结构安装、斜交网格外筒安装、焊接施工等环节,取得了较好的施工效果。对交叉网格筒中筒结构体系超高层建筑钢结构施工过程中的技术应用及质量把控要点进行分析和探讨,以期为同类工程提供参考。The steel structure of a certain super high-rise building adopts a cross grid tube in tube structure system,with connecting beams and ring beams between the core tube and the outer steel frame.The steel columns of the outer steel frame cross and tilt in both directions,without vertical column support.During the construction process,by optimizing the construction process,main construction steps,quality control measures,and strictly controlling the installation of the core cylinder steel structure,the installation of the diagonal grid outer cylinder,and welding construction,good construction results have been achieved.This article analyzed and discusses the technical application and quality control points in the construction process of steel structures in super high-rise buildings with a cross grid tube in tube structure system,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
