摘  要:当高层塔式住宅楼每层户数相对较多时,为最大限度地保证每个住户均能获取较好采光、通风,设计单位通常在平面布局方面布置外墙间凹空间。但是当将屋面设备用房布置在外墙间凹空间上方时,该区域悬空楼板的模架将会给施工带来一定的难度。以北京市某住宅项目的高层塔式住宅楼为例,通过实践总结提出一种设置通长型钢梁,并在型钢梁上搭设悬空楼板模板支撑体系的方案,以解决外墙间凹空间悬空楼板模架的搭设问题。When there are relatively many households on each floor of high-rise tower residential buildings,in order to ensure that each household can obtain good lighting and ventilation to the maximum extent,design units often arrange concave spaces between the exterior walls in terms of floor layout.However,when the roof equipment room is arranged above the concave space between the exterior walls,the formwork of the suspended floor slab in that area will bring certain difficulties to the construction.A high-rise tower residential building in a residential project in Beijing was taken as an example,and a scheme of setting up a continuous steel beam was proposed,and a suspended floor formwork support system on the steel beam through practical summary was set up,to solve the problem of setting up a suspended floor formwork in the concave space between the exterior walls.
