摘 要:设置5种不同机制砂细粉含量,在相同配合比条件下,研究混凝土强度及弹性模量受机制砂细粉含量影响规律。研究表明,机制砂细粉含量对机制砂混凝土强度和弹性模量均存在显著影响,且弹性模量对细粉含量的响应更为显著。随着机制砂细粉含量的增加,混凝土抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度均呈先升后降的变化趋势,混凝土弹性模量则随细粉含量的增加呈持续降低趋势。细粉含量为5%时,抗压强度增幅4.91%,劈裂抗拉强度增幅7.91%,均达到最大值。细粉含量为20%时,混凝土弹性模量降幅高达14.7%。基于细粉含量对混凝土物理力学特性影响规律,机制砂细粉含量为5%时混凝土强度增益效果较佳。The mechanical properties of concrete are observably affected by the content of fine sand powder.The sand fine powder content of five different mechanisms was set,and the law of the influence of the strength and elastic modulus of concrete by the content of fine powder of machine-made sand was studied under the same mix ratio.The results show that the fine powder content of machine-made sand has a significant effect on the strength and elastic modulus of machine-made sand concrete,and the concrete elastic modulus is more observably affected by the fine powder content.The concrete compressive and splitting tensile strength increase first and then decrease with the increase of fine powder content,while the concrete elastic modulus decreases continuously.When the content of fine powder is 5%,the increase of compressive strength is 4.91%,and the increase of splitting tensile strength is 7.91%.When the fine powder content is 20%,the elastic modulus of concrete decreases by 14.7%.Based on the effect of fine powder content on physical and mechanical properties of concrete,the strength gain effect of concrete with 5%fine powder content is better.
