摘 要:中央商务区(CBD)是城市的经济发展中枢和各类商业活动的核心区域,具有极强的经济辐射能力。CBD商业街区的下垫面硬质化比例高、建筑空调制冷系统向外排热多、机动车流量大等特征有可能加剧城市热岛效应,引发城市热环境问题。基于深圳市南山区某CBD商业街区的室外热环境实测结果分析,探讨不同下垫面的城市建筑空间在过渡季节的热环境差异,分析其影响因素,为CBD商业街区的室外热环境优化设计研究提供参考。The Central Business District(CBD)is the core area of economic development and various commercial activities in a city,with strong economic radiation capacity.However,characteristics such as a high proportion of hardened surfaces in CBD business districts,excessive heat dissipation from building air conditioning systems,and high traffic volume of motor vehicles may exacerbate the urban heat island effect and lead to urban thermal environmental problems.Based on the analysis of outdoor thermal environment measurements in a CBD commercial street in Nanshan District,Shenzhen,this study explored the differences in thermal environment of urban building spaces with different underlying surfaces during the transitional season and analyzed the influencing factors.It provides reference for the optimization and design of outdoor thermal environment in CBD commercial streets.
