摘 要:为对钢筋混凝土水池进行优化设计,从现有水池设计方法的不足之处入手,结合某接触消毒池实际工程案例,通过有限元分析的方法,运用有限元软件midasGEN和ABAQUS研究了水池角隅受力情况,得出了池壁的应力分布情况,并给出了优化设计的方法和建议。结果表明:在布置加强筋时,高度和长度只需要达到池壁高度的1/5,就可以满足设计要求,同时在不显著增加钢筋应力的前提下减小了钢筋应力分布范围。可见传统配筋方式不够经济,对其进行优化是合理的。To optimize the design of reinforced concrete water tanks,starting from the shortcomings of existing water tank design methods,combined with an actual engineering case of a contact disinfection tank,finite element analysis was used to study the stress situation at the corners of the tank using finite element software midas GEN and ABAQUS.The stress distribution of the tank wall was obtained,and optimization design methods and suggestions were provided.The results show that when arranging reinforcement bars,the height and length only need to reach 1/5 of the pool wall height to meet the design requirements,while also reducing the stress distribution range of the steel bars without significantly increasing their stress.It can be seen that the traditional reinforcement method is not economical enough,and optimizing it is reasonable.
