摘 要:金刚石绳锯切割是一种新型无损静力切割技术,具有环保、高效、安全等特性,在核设施退役重混凝土结构切割拆除方面表现出了巨大潜力。本文介绍了某核设施重混凝土结构的拆除现状,并以热室的重混凝土结构为研究对象,开展了不同冷却方式和不同切割方式对切割拆除的影响研究。结果表明:采用水冷却金刚石绳锯、下压拉切的方式,切割比重为4.2 t/m^(3)的重混凝土,磨损系数最低为1.4×10^(−5),切割效率最高可达0.66 m^(2)/h。As a new type of non-destructive static cutting technology,diamond wire saw system has great potential in cutting and dismantling the decommissioned heavy concrete structures of nuclear facilities because of its environmental protection,high efficiency and safety.In this paper,the demolition status of heavy concrete structure in a nuclear facility is briefly introduced,and then the influence of different cooling and cutting methods on cutting and dismantling the heavy concrete structure of hot cell is studied.The results show that the lowest wear coefficient is 1.4×10^(−5)and the maximum cutting efficiency is 0.66 m^(2)/h for heavy concrete with a cutting ratio of 4.2 t/m^(3)by water-cooled diamond wire saw and tension cutting.
