摘  要:漆雾残渣是海洋平台涂装过程中一种不可避免的缺陷,按照现行验收标准,需人工手动打磨去除涂装过程中涂层表面附着的漆雾残渣;这一环节不但投入大量额外人力且对项目工期挑战极大。该文研究了漆雾残渣对两种海洋平台大气区常用配套防腐体系防腐性能的影响,通过对防腐体系的附着力、耐盐雾、冷凝试验等测试,得出结论:在涂膜外观无缺陷的情况下,漆雾残渣对大气区配套防腐体系的性能不利影响较小,可在涂装过程中适当简化打磨环节。The presence of paint mist residue is an unavoidable defect during the spraying process of off shore platforms.According to current acceptance criteria,manual grinding is required to remove the paint mist residue adhering to the surface of the coating during the process,which not only requires a large amount of additional manpower but also poses a significant challenge to project schedules.In this paper,we studied the influence of paint mist residue on the corrosion resistance of two commonly used anti-corrosion systems for atmospheric areas on offshore platforms.Through tests such as adhesion,neutral salt spray test,and condensation test on the anti-corrosion system,it was concluded that in the absence of normal film appearance,the adverse impact of paint mist residue on the performance of the atmospheric area anti-corrosion system is relatively small,and it is possible to simplify the grinding process during the coating process.
