摘 要:利用射频辉光放电光谱仪测定防污漆中铜元素含量,可在1h内准确测定出结果,同时分析渗出层的厚度,可以快速判定防污漆的防污效果。相比于传统的采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射(ICP-OES)或者原子吸收光谱仪的测量方法,该方法具有以下优势:不需要复杂冗长的前处理过程,测试时间短,也不会产生废酸等废液,同时可以分析渗出层的厚度。经测试发现,模拟实验后防污漆表层铜元素含量为41.0%,随着深度的增加,铜元素含量先快速降低,随后缓慢增加,最后趋于平稳。由表面剥蚀到5μm深度时,铜含量降到最低值40.5%。此深度也就是“渗出层”的厚度。随着深度进一步增加,铜含量增加至40.9%,在23.0μm趋于稳定。Using radio-frequency glow discharge spectrometer to measure the content of copper in antifouling paint,the result can be accurately determined within 1 hour.At the same time,analyzing the thickness of exudate layer,the antifouling eff ect of antifouling paint can be quickly determined.Compared with the traditional measurement methods using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission(ICP-OES)or atomic absorption spectrometers,the proposed method has the following advantages:no complicated and lengthy pre-treatment process is required,the test time is short,no waste liquid such as waste acid is generated,and the thickness of the seepage layer can be analyzed.It is found that the copper content of antifouling paint surface is 41.0%after the simulation experiment.With the increase of depth,the copper content decreases rapidly at first,then increases slowly and finally becomes stable.When the surface denudation reaches 5μm depth,the copper content decreases to the lowest value of 40.5%.This depth is the thickness of the"exudate layer".The copper content increases to 40.9%and becomes stable at 23.0μm with increasing depth.
