摘　　要：为了解肥猪散对育肥猪生长性能、血清生化指标、抗氧化水平和生长激素水平的影响,试验选取160头体重相近的育肥猪,随机分为4组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验1、2、3组分别在饲粮中添加1%、2%、4%肥猪散,试验期35 d。试验期间对育肥猪的生长情况进行测定和记录,检测第0、35天的血清生化指标、抗氧化水平和生长激素水平。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验1、2、3组增重和平均日增重极显著增加(P<0.01),试验2、3组平均日采食量显著增加(P<0.05),各组间的料重比差异不显著(P>0.05);使用肥猪散35 d后,试验1、2、3组血清尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.05),葡萄糖含量极显著升高(P<0.01),超氧化物歧化酶活性有上升的趋势(0.05<P<0.10),皮质醇含量显著降低(P<0.05)。综上,育肥猪饲料中添加肥猪散具有提高生长性能,改善血清生化指标,提高抗氧化水平和生长激素水平的作用,推荐添加剂量为2%。To understand the effects of Feizhusan on the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,antioxidant levels,and growth hormone levels of fattening pigs,a total of 160 fattening pigs were divided into four groups in this experiment.The control group was fed with basic feed,group 1,2,and 3 added 1%,2%,and 4%Feizhusan to the feed.The experimental period was 35 days.During the experiment,the growth of fattening pigs were recorded,and serum biochemical indexes,antioxidant levels,and growth hormone levels were measured on days 0 and 35.The results showed that compared with the control group,the weight gain and average daily weight gain of group1,group 2,and group 3 increased significantly(P<0.01),average daily feed intake of group 2 and group 3 increased significantly(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in feed conversion ratio among the groups(P>0.05).Serum urea nitrogen significantly decreased(P<0.05),serum glucose extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),superoxide dismutase showed an upward trend(0.05<P<0.10),and cortisol significantly decreased(P<0.05).In summary,adding Feizhusan to the feed for fattening pigs has the effect of improving growth performance,improving serum biochemical indexes,increasing antioxidant and growth hormone levels,and the recommended dosage is 2%.
