摘　　要：猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)在全球范围内造成重大经济损失,对生猪养殖业构成严重威胁。接种灭活疫苗或弱毒疫苗是预防PRRS的主要措施,但由于猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)存在高变异性,目前的疫苗已不能有效防控PRRSV的感染,而采用西药预防和治疗易产生耐药性,对动物机体危害极大,在生猪养殖生产中的应用受到了限制,因此迫切需要探索新的抗病毒措施。中药具有来源广、成本低、毒副作用小等优点;同时,中药活性成分多,具有抗病毒、抗氧化和提高免疫力等功能,在疾病防控中应用历史悠久。但中药成分复杂,具体抗病毒机制尚不明确。文章从中药的有效成分、抗病毒主要作用机制以及在抗PRRSV中的应用等几个方面对中药抗PRRSV的研究进行了综述,以期为中药在生猪生产中用以防控PRRSV提供参考。Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)has caused significant economic losses worldwide and poses a serious threat to the pig farming industry.Inactivated or attenuated vaccine is the main preventive measure,but due to the high variability of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV),the current vaccines are no longer effective in preventing and controlling PRRSV infection.However,the use of Western medicine for prevention and treatment,easy to produce drug resistance,great harm to the body,the application of pig production has been restricted.Therefore,it is urgent to explore new antiviral measures.Traditional Chinese medicine has advantages such as wide sources,low cost and minimal toxic side effects;at the same time,traditional Chinese medicine has many active ingredients,which have antiviral,antioxidant,and immunity enhancing effects,and have a long history of application in disease prevention and control.However,the antiviral mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine is complex,and the specific mechanism is not yet clear.This article reviewed the research on traditional Chinese medicine's antiviral effects from several aspects,including its effective ingredients,main antiviral mechanisms,and application in anti-PRRSV,aiming to provide reference for the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and control of PRRSV in pig production.
