摘 要:随着新能源技术的日益成熟,增程式发电机对于新能源电动汽车的发展也越来越重要。这种增程式发电机的其本质上为永磁同步电机,特点是体积小,功率大,发热量高,所以计算发电机的损耗和分析其稳态运行温度尤为重要,并为此建造一款新型冷却水道,使其产生的发热量降低。首先运用Maxwell建立电机的二维模型并通过Motor-CAD建立等效热网络模型,采用有限元分析方法对电机进行磁-热双向迭代耦合,加入冷却水道,分析电机在稳态运行状态下的电磁性能以及电机温升。最终通过样机试验验证磁-热双向耦合分析温度场的方法的准确性。With the growing maturity of new energy technology,extended-range generator is becoming more and more important for the development of new energy electric vehicles.The nature of the extended-range generator is permanent magnet synchronous mo-tor,which is characterized by small volume,large power and high calorific value.Therefore,it is particularly important to calcu-late the loss of the generator and analyze its steady-state operating temperature.Therefore,a new type of cooling channel is built to reduce the calorific value generated by the generator.Firstly,Maxwell was used to build a two-dimensional model of the Motor,and an equivalent thermal network model was established by Motor-CAD.Finite element analysis method was used to carry out the mag-netic-thermal bi-directional iterative coupling of the Motor,and cooling channels were added to analyze the electromagnetic perfor-mance of the Motor and the temperature rise of the Motor in the steady state operation.Finally,the accuracy of the magneto-thermal coupling method for temperature field analysis was verified by the prototype test.
