摘  要:采用大块弹性垫对边墙风机进行隔振设计。基于单自由度系统有阻尼受迫振动的经典解,进一步导出隔振效率与垫板参数的变化关系。分析表明:对于面积为(480×350)mm的SR11垫板,当垫板厚度为48.3mm时,对应预期隔振效率80%。当垫板厚度大于14.05mm,小于48.3mm时,随着厚度的增加,隔振效率急剧上升;当垫板厚度大于48.3mm时,随着厚度的增加,隔振效率上升极平缓;当厚度在48.3mm及其附近取值时,既能取得良好隔振效果,又能降低边墙风机的重心以及产品成本。在各自一定的范围内,垫板面积、静弹性模量、阻尼比越小,隔振效率越大,隔振效果越好。此外,改进了边墙风机的安装设计。在风机底面与墙壁方形开口下表面之间铺设经设计的SR11垫板,允许风机竖向往复微运动,让垫板的隔振性能得以发挥。同时,阻止空气从风机周边缝隙通过。A large elastic pad is used for the vibration isolation design of the side wall fan.Based on the classical solution of damped forced vibration of a single degree of freedom system,the relationships between the vibration isolation efficiencies and the parameters of the pad are further derived.The analyses show that for SR11 pad with area of(480×350)mm,the vibration isolation efficiency is equal to the expected value,80%when the thickness of the pad is 48.3mm.When the thickness of the pad is more than 14.05mm and less than 48.3mm,the vibration isolation efficiency increases sharply with the increase of the thick-ness;When the thickness of the pad is greater than 48.3mm,the vibration isolation efficiency increases very gently with the in-crease of the thickness;When the thicknesses of the pad are at or near 48.3mm,good vibration isolation effect can not only be ob-tained,the center of gravity of side wall fan and the cost of product can also be reduced.In their respective and certain ranges,the smaller the pad area,static elastic modulus and damping ratio are,the greater the isolation efficiency is and the better the isolation effect is.Furthermore,the installation design of side wall fan is improved.The pad of SR11 type is installed between the bottom surface of the fan and the lower surface of the square opening of the wall.The vertical reciprocating micro motion of the fan can be allowed.The vibration isolation performance of the elastic pad can be exerted.At the same time,prevent the air from going through the gap around the fan.
