摘 要:电动汽车电机驱动系统中传感器系统的传统故障诊断方案需要额外增加硬件成本和安装空间,提出一种基于解析冗余的电动车电机驱动传感系统集成故障诊断策略,而无需额外的检测传感器。将车辆动力学的高级故障诊断与电机系统的低级故障诊断相结合,从而获得具有强鲁棒性和稳定性的集成故障诊断策略。针对高级故障诊断,分析被诊断的传感器和车辆动力学残差之间的相关性,并借助实验分析验证了所提策略的有效性。针对低级故障诊断,利用奇偶方程对电流传感器和位置传感器进行故障诊断。最后将高级和低级故障诊断相结合实现双重监控,对故障因素进行具体分类,并通过系统性能分析来区分故障,进一步增强了诊断策略的鲁棒性和稳定性。The traditional fault diagnosis scheme of sensor system in electric vehicle motor drive system needs extra hardware cost and installation space.An integrated fault diagnosis strategy of electric vehicle motor drive sensor system based on analytic redun-dancy is proposed without additional detection sensors.Combining advanced fault diagnosis of vehicle dynamics with low-level fault diagnosis of motor system,an integrated fault diagnosis strategy with strong robustness and stability is obtained.For ad-vanced fault diagnosis,the correlation between the diagnosed sensor and the vehicle dynamic residual is analyzed,and the effec-tiveness of the proposed strategy is verified by experimental analysis.For low-level fault diagnosis,the current sensor and position sensor are diagnosed by using parity equation.Finally,the combination of high-level and low-level fault diagnosis to achieve dual monitoring,fault factors are classified,and faults are distinguished by system performance analysis,which further enhanc-es the robustness and stability of the diagnosis strategy.
