摘  要:以数控铣齿机夹具为研究对象,研究数控铣齿机夹具的定位结构存在的各项误差对定位精度的影响。利用动力学仿真软件ADAMS对夹具的定位机构进行分析,对比仿真结果与理想工况结果来验证虚拟样机的正确性。利用ADAMS对夹具定位结构的制造误差、安装误差以及综合误差进行全面仿真,得出不同误差对定位精度的影响程度。为了研究数控铣齿机夹具的重复定位性能,设计工件定位测量试验,试验表明,随着定位次数的增加,数控铣齿机夹具的重复定位精度基本保持稳定,满足实际加工要求。Based on fixture of CNC Milling Machine,research on NC milling machine fixture locating mechanism of the influ-ence of various errors on the positioning accuracy.Using dynamic simulation software Adams to fixture positioning structure of the simulation,the simulation results to verify the correctness of the virtual prototype with ideal results.Using Adams to fixture locating structure of manufacturing error,installation error and random error of comprehensive simulation,it is concluded that different error to decide.In order to study the numerical control milling machine fixture in repeated positioning precision under the condition of regularity,design the workpiece positioning clamping test,the test showed that with the increase of number of positioning accuracy of the fixture of CNC gear milling machine is basically stable with the increase of the positioning times,which meets the actual processing requirements.
