摘 要:为探究同轴面齿轮轴向安装误差对面齿轮分扭传动特性的影响,首先根据面齿轮包络加工原理得到面齿轮齿面方程,然后根据齿面方程建立面齿轮轴向安装误差从0~0.6 mm的7组分扭传动动力学模型,通过ADAMS动力学软件进行分扭传动的动力仿真分析,最后得到7组面齿轮分扭传动的角速度、圆周力以及径向力曲线。分析发现,当轴向误差在0.1~0.5 mm之间时,面齿轮输出角速度、圆周力和径向力是稳定的;当轴向误差达到0.6 mm时,面齿轮的输出角速度以及圆周力出现规律性大范围的波动,径向力出现明显变化,直接影响传动系统的稳定性。To investigate the effect of the axial mounting error of the coaxial face gear on the split-torsion transmission characteristics of the face gear,firstly,the face gear tooth surface equations were obtained according to the principle of face gear envelope processing,and then a 7-group split-torsion transmission dynamics model with the face gear axial mounting error from 0~0.6 mm was established according to the tooth surface equations,and the dynamic simulation analysis of the split-torsion transmission was carried out by ADAMS dynamics software,and finally the angular velocity,circumferential force,and radial force curves of the 7 groups of face gears in the torsion drive were obtained.The analysis shows that when the axial error is between 0.1~0.5 mm,the output angular velocity,circumferential force and radial force of the face gear are stable;when the axial error reaches 0.6 mm,the output angular velocity of the face gear as well as the circumferential force fluctuates in a regular and large range,and the radial force changes significantly,which directly affects the stability of the transmission system.
