摘 要:随着工业化进程加快,含盐有机废液的环境治理问题日益凸显,焚烧技术作为一种有效的处理方法而备受瞩目。文章系统评述了液中焚烧技术、高温热解技术、传统高温焚烧技术、余热锅炉内高温焚烧技术以及高温等离子体焚烧技术在处理含盐有机废液中的应用,分析了其技术原理、技术要点、优缺点,以及处理效率、二次污染控制、运营成本和可持续性等关键指标。同时,对新兴的高温等离子体焚烧技术予以重点讨论,其因具有较高的固化率和有机物去除能力而表现出潜在的应用价值。虽然以上技术各有优点,但仍存在发展空间,尤其是在提升运行稳定性、降低能耗和成本以及降低环境影响等方面,提倡未来的研究应聚焦于技术创新、流程优化以及经济性评价,以期达成更加环境友好和经济合理的含盐有机废液处置方案。With the acceleration of industrialization,the environmental management of saline organic waste liquid has become increasingly prominent,and the incineration technology,as an effective method for treating organic waste,has attracted significant attention.This paper systematically reviews the applications of submerged combustion technology,high-temperature pyrolysis,traditional high-temperature incineration,high-temperature incineration in waste heat boilers,and high-temperature plasma incineration techniques in the treatment of saline organic waste liquid,and analyzes the technical principles,technical points,advantages and disadvantages,and the key indexes such as the treatment efficiency,the control of secondary pollution,the operation cost,and the sustainability.At the same time,the emerging high-temperature plasma incineration technology is highlighted,which shows potential application value due to its high curing rate and organic matter removal capacity.Although each of the above technologies has its advantages,there is still room for development,particularly in terms of enhancing operational stability,reducing energy consumption and costs,and minimizing environmental impacts.Future research should focus on technology innovation,process optimization and economic evaluation in order to achieve more environmentally,friendly and economically viable solutions for the disposal of saline organic waste liquid.
