摘 要:针对高校智能教学模式满意度评价问题,提出了一种基于卡努模型的评价方法。首先,分析不同因素对高校智能教学模式的影响,构建了三层次的评价指标体系。其次,建立了基于卡努模型的满意度类型区分框架,通过区间分值判断区分满意度的类型。当满意度的类型为期望型时,采用因子分析和回归分析一类的线性评价方法。当满意度的类型为基本型或兴奋型时,采用Logistic分析一类的非线性评价方法。根据2023年3月到7月间的1 162份调查问卷结果展开实证分析,结果显示:此次高校智能教学模式满意度评价为基本型,提供个性化学习需求服务、使用数据分类挖掘等算法、提升学习兴趣、改变考评方式、促成师生关系融洽,可以提升高校智能教学模式满意度。A Kanu model-based evaluation method is proposed for the satisfaction evaluation of intelligent teaching models in higher education institutions.Firstly,the impact of different factors on the intelligent teaching mode in universities was analyzed,and a three-level evaluation index system was constructed.Secondly,a satisfaction type differentiation framework based on the Kanu model was established,which distinguishes the types of satisfaction through interval scores.When the type of satisfaction is expected,linear evaluation methods such as factor analysis and regression analysis are used.When the type of satisfaction is basic or excitatory,a non-linear evaluation method such as logistic analysis is used.Based on the results of 1,162 survey questionnaires from March to July 2023,empirical analysis was conducted.The results indicated that the satisfaction evaluation of the intelligent teaching mode in universities is basic.This mode provides personalized learning needs services,uses algorithms such as data classification mining,enhances learning interest,changes evaluation methods,and promotes harmonious teacher-student relationships.These factors can improve the satisfaction of the intelligent teaching mode in universities.
