摘　　要：当前,我国学生在大学治理中面临“角色不清、行动不显、效果不明”等有效性不足的现实困境,其原因主要在于学生角色定位不清、学生参与机制保障不足以及学生参与目标存在视角差异。研究选取角色、行动和效果作为三个分析单元,从结构、过程和功能等三个维度系统探析学生有效参与大学治理的实现逻辑。为确保学生有效参与大学治理,高校应进一步加强学生参与角色有效性,完善大学治理结构中学生角色的制度化建构;注重学生参与过程有效性,构建大学治理过程中学生行动保障机制;提升学生参与结果有效性,促进学生成长发展与影响力发挥。Nowadays,Chinese students face the practical dilemma of insufficient effectiveness in university governance,such as"role ambiguity,action concealment,and uncertain effects".The main reasons for these difficulties are the unclear positioning of students'roles in university governance structure,insufficient protection of students'participation mechanisms in university governance processes,and differences in perspectives on students'participation goals.The study selects roles,actions,and functions as three an-alytical units,to systematically explore the implementation logic of students'effective participation in university governance.To achieve students'participation in university governanceeffectively,universities should further strengthen the effectiveness of students'roles and improve the institutionalized construction of students'roles in university governance structures;Emphasize the effectiveness of students'participation in the process and construct a student action guarantee mechanism during the decision-making process;En-hance the effectiveness of students'participation results to promote students'development and influence.
