羽毛角蛋白气凝胶的制备及染料吸附性能研究

摘  要:以还原法提取羽毛角蛋白的残渣为原料,以壳聚糖和纳米纤维素为增强改性材料,通过冷冻干燥法制备出可重复使用、吸附效率高、绿色环保的羽毛角蛋白气凝胶。采用扫描电子显微镜、热重分析仪和紫外分光度计对羽毛角蛋白气凝胶的形貌结构、热稳定性、吸附性能进行研究。研究结果表明,羽毛角蛋白气凝胶具有多孔的网状结构、良好的热稳定性和优异的染料吸附性能。在30 mL初始浓度400 mg·L^(-1)的酸性橙7染液中加入0.1 g羽毛角蛋白气凝胶,30℃条件下静置吸附24 h,酸性橙7染料的去除率达到99%。经过3次吸附-解吸附实验后,角蛋白气凝胶的吸附性能没有显著变化。In order to prepare a feather keratin aerogel with reusability,high adsorption efficiency and environmental protection,this paper used the residue of feather keratin as raw materials with reduction method,and used chitosan and nanocellulose as reinforcing materials with freeze-drying method.Benchtop electron microscope,thermogravimetric analyzer and ultraviolet spectrophotometer were used to study the morphological structure,thermal stability and adsorption performance of feather keratin aerogel.The results show that feathered keratin aerogels have a porous network structure,good thermal stability and excellent adsorption performance.When 0.1g feather keratin aerogel was added into 30mL of acid orange 7 dye with an initial concentration of 400 mg·L^(-1),the removal rate of acid orange 7 dye reached 99%after static adsorption at 30℃for 24 h.After three sorption-desorption experiments,the adsorption properties of keratin aerogel did not change significantly.
