摘　　要：氯化石蜡混合物特别是短链氯化石蜡混合物的毒性已经受到社会的广泛关注。在我国《重点管控新污染物清单(2023年版)》中将短链氯化石蜡列入了其中,并规定自2024年1月1日起,禁止进出口短链氯化石蜡。由于氯化石蜡具有阻燃和增塑的作用,被广泛应用于纺织、皮革、塑料和橡胶行业。本文介绍了氯化石蜡的理化特性和使用历史,对国内外纺织鞋服相关产品中氯化石蜡的检测标准、检测方法进行了对比。鉴于氯化石蜡的危害以及在环境中的普遍存在,有必要持续关注国内外在氯化石蜡方面的最新科研动态、相关法律法规以及检测方法,为后续开发纺织鞋服产品中氯化石蜡准确、可靠的检测方法提供参考和借鉴。The toxicity of chlorinated paraffin mixtures,especially short-chain chlorinated paraffin mixtures,has been widely concerned by society.Short-chain chlorinated paraffins are included in the List of New Pollutants under Key Control(2023 version),and the import and export of short-chain chlorinated paraffins are prohibited from January 1,2024.Chlorinated paraffins are widely used in textile,leather,plastics and rubber industries because of their flame-retardant and plasticizing properties.This paper introduces the physical properties,chemical properties and application history of chlorinated paraffin.In addition,the testing standards and methods of chlorinated paraffin in textile,shoes and clothing products at home and abroad are compared.In view of the hazards of chlorinated paraffins and their widespread presence in the environment,it is necessary to continue to pay attention to the latest scientific research trends,relevant laws and regulations and detection methods in chlorinated paraffins at home and abroad,so as to provide reference for the subsequent development of accurate and reliable detection methods of chlorinated paraffins in textile shoes and clothing products.
