摘　　要：为评价陆基中心医院机动卫勤分队随舰靠前保障训练体系实际运行效果提供可靠的评测工具,从而评估陆基中心医院机动卫勤分队随舰靠前保障训练体系可行性及先进性。通过2轮德尔菲法专业人员咨询确定评价指标,权威系数为0.858,协调系数为0.761~0.981。根据专业人员咨询结果确定相应评价指标,包括4个一级指标及12个二级指标,通过层次分析法赋予各指标相应权重。评价标准一致性检验成立,该标准具有实用性及可靠性,更直观可靠地评价陆基中心医院机动卫勤分队随舰靠前保障训练体系,具有良好的运行性。To provide a reliable assessment tool for evaluating the actual operation effect of the training system of mobile medical service detachment with ship approach support in land-based central hospital,and to assess the feasibility and advancedness of the system.Evaluation indexes were determined through two rounds of Delphi professional consultation,with authority coefficient of 0.84 and coordination coefficient of 0.761-0.981.Evaluation indexes were determined according to the results of professional consultation,including 4 first-level indexes and 12 second-level indexes.The weights were assigned to each index through analytic hierarchy process.The consistency test of the evaluation criterion is established.After practical application,it has been proven that this standard is practical and reliable,and can achieve the goal of more intuitive and reliable evaluation of the training system of mobile medical service detachment with ship approach support in land-based central hospital.It is concluded that this training system has good operability.
